1. Program Fees & Pricing

Pricing is subject to change. Fees shown on the site at the time of registration are the fees that apply.

2. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods made available through our booking and payment providers. Training memberships are booked through our partner (Upperhand); camp, league and merchandise payments are processed securely at checkout.

3. When You Are Charged

• Training memberships: charged at the time of booking.
• Camp & league registration: charged at the time of registration.
• Merchandise pre-orders: charged when the order is placed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds for camps and league are handled per the Returns & Cancellations policy.
• Missed individual or group training sessions are generally not refundable; please notify us of cancellations in advance so we can reschedule where possible.
• Program cancellations by the academy (e.g., a session is cancelled by staff) will be rescheduled or credited.

5. Billing Questions & Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Please include your name, transaction date and amount so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. Merchandise Payments

Pre-order merchandise is charged in full at checkout. If an item cannot be produced, we will refund the full amount for that item. See our Shipping and Returns policies for more.
