1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our websites, registering for training, camps, the AYBL League, Team Bo Bell AAU programs, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Bo Bell Basketball Academy offers year-round basketball training, camps and league play in the Atlanta area. Team Bo Bell is the elite AAU division and a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Training schedules, locations and pricing are subject to change and are updated on our website.

3. Registrations & Payments

• All registrations for camps, league and training require accurate athlete and parent/guardian information.
• Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
• Program fees and pricing (including training memberships and camp/league fees) are set as shown on our site and may change over time.
• Please review our Billing, Shipping and Returns policies for details.

4. Participant Code of Conduct

We expect athletes, families and spectators to conduct themselves with a positive attitude, respect for coaches, officials, opponents and teammates, and sportsmanship at all times. Violations may result in removal from a program without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Basketball is a physical activity that carries inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Participants should be medically cleared to train. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bo Bell Basketball Academy and Team Bo Bell are not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.

For minors, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on the athlete's behalf.

6. Merchandise & Pre-Orders

• Merchandise is sold on a pre-order basis. Production and fulfillment timelines will be communicated at time of order.
• Colors, designs and sizing may vary slightly from photos.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, logos, graphics, images and the "Feet First" and "Bo Bell Basketball Academy" names — is the property of Bo Bell Basketball Academy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Acceptable Use of Website

• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our websites or systems.
• Do not submit false or misleading information.
• Do not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Georgia.
